  • Please review your order carefully. Once the order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

    Orders are processed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

    Standard shipping is 2-5 days. You will be provided with a tracking number once your item has shipped. However, please keep in mind shipping times can vary and delays can happen, this is beyond our control.

    We are an online store only, therefore we are unable to offer a “pick-up” option.

    We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Your method of payment will be charged when the order is submitted to us.

  • If we are unable to obtain authorization from your credit card, we will not be able to process your order. We will notify you by email if this should happen and we will proceed accordingly.

    If your payment method was declined, please check the information you provided to ensure it was entered correctly. If it was entered correctly but continues to decline, please provide another method of payment. If you continue to have payment issues, please email us at shopoakandcanvas@gmail.com

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, in the event that it doesn’t put a big smile on your face, and you want to return or exchange it for another item, please email us at shopoakandcanvas@gmail.com for further information and instructions. If you do not contact us and wait for instructions before trying to return your item, we may not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

    In general, we will return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date it was shipped to you. Any returned item must be unused, with the tags still attached and in the same condition as it was when you received it. You must also provide the original packing slip/invoice. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our stated conditions. If approved, your original method of payment will be credited or an appropriate exchange of equal value will be offered. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. All sale items are final.
